How this division works
Every product starts as a consulting engagement. We do not build speculative features — we extract proven IP from real production systems.
Products are composable. Scorecard, Gateway, and the Evaluation Registry work standalone but are designed to interoperate when used together.
Internal tooling is a first-class deliverable. The cost dashboard and runbook tooling used by Managed Operations are maintained as products, not scripts.
