One group, five
divisions, one lifecycle

Simor Consulting has spent years designing and hardening production AI systems for clients across regulated industries. That practice revealed a gap: organisations need more than a consultancy — they need a partner who can carry the full lifecycle, from the data layer through security assurance to day-to-day operations.

Simor Group was formed to close that gap. The existing consultancy is now the AI Engineering division — the flagship. Around it, four new divisions cover data platforms and knowledge infrastructure (Data & Knowledge), AI security assessments and governance (Assurance), ongoing operation and monitoring (Managed Operations), and reusable software products extracted from consulting IP (Technologies).

Work flows left to right: data foundations feed AI engineering, which is hardened by assurance, then operated by managed ops. Technologies supplies software across all stages. The Group site is the parent brand surface; simorconsulting.com remains the active operational site for AI Engineering.
